Using a holistic approach to healing, I combine my social work therapeutic skills along with TCM’s philosophy of treating the whole person- body, mind, spirit- to help you feel better and stay healthy.

Whether you suffer from pain, digestive problems, anxiety, depression, or need support in your fertility journey, acupuncture is effective because it addresses the root of your health issue and not only the symptoms.   You can also incorporate acupuncture into your wellness practice to keep you healthy.

At Vida, you won’t find one size fits all protocols.  Instead, you are treated as the unique individual that you are.  Your treatment is customized specifically to your condition, your needs, and your treatment goals.
